Bambuddha Ibiza: un viaggio culinario verso Bali

Buongiorno bellezze, come promesso vi mostro uno dei miei ristoranti preferiti ad Ibiza: il Bambuddha. Quando si entra nei suoi magici ambienti, ci si dimentica di essere a Ibiza, e si vive un'atmosfera che ricorda Bali. Tra altissimi bamboo, statue e raffinati arredi la serata trascorre veloce e non si ha voglia di andare via. Il locale è davvero molto grande, ed è perfetto sia per gustare ottimi cocktail, che per sperimentare una cucina asiatica fusion davvero deliziosa. Conoscete il mio amore per l'Asia, e forse proprio per questo il Bambuddha mi ha letteralmente conquistata. Noi abbiamo scelto un menu composto da numerose portate, quasi tutte a base di pesce: Sushi, gamberoni, zuppa a base di curry e molto altro. Bambuddha è sempre stato pioniero e mai tradizionale, infatti qui sostituiscono il modo di mangiare europeo formale - "antipasti, primi e secondi", con uno stile asiatico, in cui il cibo è basato sulla condivisione, e consente di degustare una più ampia varietà di pietanze.
Devo dire che è stata un'esperienza culinaria che ci ha letteralmente stuzzicato il palato. 
In questo ristorante ogni angolo è studiato ad hoc per farvi vivere un'esperienza unica e intensa. Le luci soffuse e colorate, la musica suonata da dj ibizenchi e uno staff gentilissimo completano il quadro di questo meraviglioso ristorante.

Good morning beauties, as promised I show you one of my favorite restaurants in Ibiza: the Bambuddha. When you enter its magical surroundings, you forget you are in Ibiza, and you live an atmosphere that reminds you of Bali. Among high bamboo, statues and refined furnishings the evening passes fast and you do not want to leave. The place is really big, and it is perfect both to enjoy excellent cocktails and to experience a really delicious Asian/mediterranean fusion cuisine. You know my love for Asia, and perhaps for this very reason the Bambuddha has literally conquered me. We have chosen a menu consisting of several courses, almost all based on fish: Sushi, prawns, curry soup and much more. Bambuddha has always been pioneering and never traditional, in fact here they replace the formal European way of eating - "appetizers, first and second courses", with an Asian style, where food is based on sharing, and allows you to taste a wider variety of dishes.
I must say that it was a culinary experience that literally teased our palate.
In this restaurant every corner is designed specifically to make you live a unique and intense experience. The soft and colorful lights, the music played by Dj from Ibiza and a very kind staff complete the picture of this wonderful restaurant.
