The Franklin Hotel has an exclusive and stylish restaurant where the Italian chef Alfredo Russo takes inspiration from classic and simple Italian flavors, giving them a new consistency. Impeccable the presentation of every single dish, accompanied by superb wine and a careful and attentive staff. An absolutely fabulous location, which meets my taste for black decor, Venetian floors, damask wallpaper and touches of yellow gold. My favorite plate? The unusual pasta and beans with seafood, a combination that I had never experienced before. If you love appetizers, I recommend the aubergine pie, or the octopus, both superlatives.
