The Franklin restaurant, sapori italiani a Knightsbridge

L'elegante hotel The Franklin, possiede un esclusivo ristorante dove lo chef italiano Alfredo Russo, prende ispirazione dai classici e semplici sapori italiani, regalando loro una consistenza nuova e ricercata. Impeccabile la presentazione di ogni singola pietanza, accompagnata da vino superbo e da un personale attento e scrupoloso. Una location assolutamente favolosa, che incontra il mio gusto per l'arredamento nero, pavimenti veneziani, tappezzeria damascata e tocchi di oro giallo. Il mio piatto preferito? L'insolita pasta e fagioli con frutti di mare, un abbinamento che non avevo mai sperimentato prima. Se amate gli antipasti, vi consiglio il tortino di melanzane, o il polpo tiepido, entrambi superlativi.

The Franklin Hotel has an exclusive and stylish restaurant where the Italian chef Alfredo Russo takes inspiration from classic and simple Italian flavors, giving them a new consistency. Impeccable the presentation of every single dish, accompanied by superb wine and a careful and attentive staff. An absolutely fabulous location, which meets my taste for black decor, Venetian floors, damask wallpaper and touches of yellow gold. My favorite plate? The unusual pasta and beans with seafood, a combination that I had never experienced before. If you love appetizers, I recommend the aubergine pie, or the octopus, both superlatives.
